Registration must take place on the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation site. Once your USA Club Administrator has registered all the athletes who will be attending the Regional Championships, a check for the full amount due must be submitted to:

Deadlines and Refunds:
Before attending or prior to leaving your State Championships:
Online reservations are open now, and checks will be accepted. Reservations must be submitted by 3/26/18, and all payments for entries must be received by 4/1/18. A late fee of $10 per athlete will be assessed to any late payments.
Refunds will be issued up until 3/26/18. To receive a refund after 3/26/18, a doctor's note must be submitted indicating the reason for the refund request. No refunds for any reason after 4/1/18.
All changes must be done in writing and submitted to the meet director via email. If your entries are revised after your state meet, please email those changes to the meet director as well as modifying the entry in the USAG meet registration so that entry fees can be reconciled.
